Pandora - Happy Mother's Day

Conform • Compositing • Color Grading • Rotoscoping

Description

For this international Mother's Day campaign, I worked on a series of seven versions, each adapted to a country, featuring different Pandora jewelry pieces. Each shot played on a subtle contrast between black and white and pale pink, with a modern, minimalist aesthetic emphasizing model elegance and jewelry delicacy.

The light, contemporary atmosphere was reinforced by soft color grading, highlighting the jewelry and maintaining visual cohesion across all versions and countries.

Challenges & Solutions

Model Integration into Shot

The model needed to appear naturally positioned on the paper sheet with realistic rendering despite the minimalist background and shallow set depth.

Through precise tracking and detailed rotoscoping, I integrated the model accounting for shadows, paper grain, and perspective, making each movement appear fluid and credible.

International Campaign & Seven Versions

Each country had a specific version, requiring preservation of the campaign's visual identity while adapting shots and elements for each variant.

I applied targeted compositing and color grading adjustments for each version, ensuring jewelry stood out brilliantly and the pale pink/black and white atmosphere remained harmonious and faithful to the Pandora universe.

Rotoscoping & Perfectionism

Moving elements of the model and jewelry required maximum precision to avoid any overflow or visual artifacts.

Each shot was retouched frame by frame with particular care for fine contours, hands, and jewelry, ensuring sharp and refined rendering.
